Flatten or braid your hair the way you expect to wear it under the wig.
Place a soft tape at the natural hairline in front.
Take it around the head above the ears and around the nape.
Return to the starting point without compressing the head.
Measure twice.
Two people can share the same circumference and still experience cap depth or ear placement differently. If Medium caps regularly feel too shallow, too deep, too tight or too loose on you, tell us that—not only the number.
Keep the wig within an at-home try-on while you confirm the fit. Washing, coloring, trimming or other alterations affect return eligibility.
