HAIR FEEL & MOVEMENT
We review the production sample for consistent texture, movement and overall finish from roots through ends.
The standard is not a slogan. It is a set of product facts, inspection records, and claims we are willing to put in writing.
WHAT WE CHECK
We expand the line when a product introduces a meaningful difference in texture, length, construction, use case, or wear experience.
100% human hair · 7×5 pre-cut HD lace · 180% stated density · #1B Natural Black · Medium adjustable cap · glueless construction.
180% is a stated density specification, not a laboratory-measured physical density percentage.
01
We review the production sample for consistent texture, movement and overall finish from roots through ends.
02
We review the lace and construction so the published product information matches what is being released.
03
We check stitching, adjustable components and the current Medium-cap construction against the approved product specification.
04
Length, color, texture, stated density and key cap details are compared with the information published on the product page.
HOW WE TEST
Each production batch is sample-tested through three wash cycles before release.
01
Randomly selected sample units complete the documented three-cycle wash process.
02
Samples are air-dried between cycles so texture, movement and finish can be reviewed consistently.
03
Results are recorded against the same release checks before the batch-level release decision is completed.
A single sample failure does not automatically mean every unit in the batch is rejected. The batch is held while the current process determines the next inspection step.
01
If a sampled unit fails, the production batch is held instead of being released automatically.
02
When additional units remain, an equal number from the same production batch is inspected.
03
A further failure rejects the batch. If expanded inspection passes, the result is recorded.
We do not publish a fixed lifespan, “zero shedding,” “tangle-free,” “fits every head,” unverified heat limits, medical hair-loss claims, or the claim that every individual wig completes the Three-Wash Test.
