01 · Shipping

Shipping & tracking

Standard shipping is currently free on U.S. orders. Tracking details are sent after shipment.

We do not publish a fixed processing or delivery window until the current fulfillment SLA has been verified. If timing matters for a specific date, contact us before ordering.

02 · Returns

30 days from delivery

One free return or exchange per order within the U.S. We provide the prepaid label for that eligible return or exchange.

03 · RETURN CONDITION

Try it before you change it

Return the unit unworn beyond an at-home try-on, unwashed, uncolored and unaltered, with tags and packaging intact. The lace arrives pre-cut; any further trimming of the lace or hair makes the unit ineligible.

04 · Refunds

What happens next

Eligible refunds are issued within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Original shipping charges are not refunded where a shipping charge was paid. Standard U.S. shipping is currently free.
